Paper jammed or stuck in the top of the document feeder?

1. Open top cover by lifting leaver on top of the printer/ photocopier
2. Check for paper caught in roller and gently pull out paper in direction the paper is rolling to. Once paper is free close lid.
3. When the machine displays “ready” the machine is ready to use.

Paper jammed or stuck in the side of the document feeder?

1. Open top cover by lifting leaver on top of the printer/ photocopier.
2. Turn the green roller towards the right and lift Green Lever open plastic feeder guide and gently pull paper out in the direction the paper is rolling.
3. Lower Green Lever plastic feeder guide back into place and close top cover.

NOTE: Check underneath the document scanner too, for jams

Paper jammed or stuck in the side of the document feeder?

1. Lift the document feeder up (showing flatbed glass)
2. Paper stuck in side, gently pull paper to the right in the direction the paper is rolling and clear jam.
3. Once paper is free lower document feeder down into position.
4. When the machine displays “ready” the machine is ready to use.
