Need to remove a paper jam in the Lexmark XC2235? Follow these steps below:
Step One: Open the front door towards you using the levers on both sides.
Step Two: Pull stuck paper in paper feed direction (towards you) to avoid tearing.
Step Three: On side of device push lever towards front of machine and lift up till it locks in place.
Step Four: If paper jammed in there, once again pull towards you.
Step Five: Close the lid and door.
Step Six: Check trays to ensure no paper is stuck in there and if there is remove accordingly.

“Hi guys, in this video we’re going to show you how to remove paper jams. The first area you want to check is the front door, handle here, handle here, pull it towards you and as you can see a piece of paper is stuck in there. Always pull it towards you in the paper feed direction otherwise you might tear it. The other area you need to come around this side, push the lever towards the front of the machine, lift it up until it locks into place. If you come around here you might see paper jammed in here, again pull it towards you so you don’t tear it, push the lever again, close the lid, close the front door, check your trays, so open your frame make sure there is no paper sticking out or there’s no paper folded or creased and the bottom tray as well, check that and try and print your document again.
